My VersionGreat for low runs!
I created this to suit my needs and my interest in keeping specific stats. There is a "BOT" column, for "Balls On Table" at the end of each turn. I have found that this helps me keep track of the runs and serves as a "sanity check" making sure everything is counted correctly. Sometimes it's also easier to just count the balls left when the player is done and use that to figure the run. Note that I never run more than one rack (not that good...yet), and the BOT column may not be as beneficial for people with longer average runs. I also added a column for "turn end" to indicate foul, scratch, miss or safety—stuff I want to track. I know that rule-wise, a scratch is just a type of foul, but I track them separately because it's one more stat I can keep :).
Pool is a Journey
Pool is a Journey's league score sheet. Read all about it on her great pool blog here. The accompanying blog post shows a filled-out sheet from one of her league matches. You can see how fouls etc are tracked.
Bob Jewett's version. The PDF includes sample entries and a nice explanation of how to use his system. One unique thing about his system is that each row corresponds to a rack, not an inning.
